Set-Up Fee for Activating an Account: Free of Charge.
Shipping charges:
- Starts at 8.29 USD per first 0.5Kg
- Price list attached. Fuel Security Surcharge applies.
Customs clearance:
- Flat rate 10$ on item’s value below 500$.
- 100$ on item’s value between 501 - 1000$.
- 220$ on item’s value above 1000$.
Customs duties: as per customs tariff.
- Packages are picked up from our office.
- Extra charges apply for door delivery.
Note: Outside Beirut city limits delivery, will be quoted separately.
Don't worry about big packages and dimensions... Pay only for the actual weight of the shipment up to 25KG
Personal shopper fees:
- Payment method: 20% credit card or 25% PayPal of the checkout value. Min 10.00$
- Order fee: 10$ per checkout. Non- Refundable
Insurance:
- Minimum of 2$ on all package for value up to 500$.
- 3% (optional) of the goods value over 500$. Covers total loss.

UCS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:
- Refuse shipping items that are not suitably packed for shipping.
- Refuse the reception, carriage, shipping or delivery of any item related or suspected to be related to fraud, theft or any illegal actions. And deny any responsibility therefore.
- Cancel the account of any customer related to or suspected to be related to fraud, theft or any illegal actions. And deny any responsibility therefore.
- Report to relative authorities, local and/or international, any of the above.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Some items are subject to Ministerial Approval, such as medicines, vitamins, DVDs and videos, etc. Such items might require formalities at additional costs.
NetShoppers are alerted by email upon package arrival to the export facility. Mobile text messages will be sent upon arrival to Lebanon summarizing the due charges and invoices sent by email.
